[Request Parameter Error] Solution When Importing Products Locally

Background

When using the SHOPLINE form to import your products, you will need to fill in the product information in the "Sample Batch Import Template". If a "Request parameter error" prompt appears on the backend during import indicating product upload has failed, this will be because the table format exported by SHOPLINE is in CVS format, and the saved format was garbled when editing the excel table.

Solution

After filling in the product information, select [File] > [Save As] > [Save As .xls File], and then import it into the system.
