Live View

The Live View shows the geographic location and real-time data of customers placing orders. With this feature, you can instantly view the store's transactions and customer behavior in the store. You may adjust your promotion strategy based on the performance during traffic peaks and ongoing campaigns.

You may drag the map to reposition it, use the [+] and [-] buttons to zoom it in or out or click Full Screen to only show the live view on your screen. 

Instructions

Go to Admin panel > Analytics > Live View.

Country/Region distribution

In this section, you can view the sessions and their location in the past 10 minutes. 

The green dots represent recent sessions on the map, while the blue dots represent orders. You can interact with the map to get session and order information. Hover over a dot to see information about the particular session or order.

Description

Number of visitors

The number of active visitors to your online store in the last 10 minutes. Visitors need to view the page or click a button to stay active.

Today's Sessions

The sessions so far starting from 00:00 today.

Store Session per Minute

Sessions in the last 10 minutes. 

Each column shows the session in 1 minute. The column on the right shows the active session of the current minute.

If a visitor is active every minute, that session will appear in each column.

Sales

Sales in the last 10 minutes.

Today sales

Sales so far starting from 00:00 today.

Orders

The order volume in the last 10 minutes.

Today orders

The order volume so far starting from 00:00 today.

Live View of Customer Behavior

The number of visitors who visited your online store in the last 10 minutes and have added a product to a cart, entered the checkout process or made a purchase.

    • Product view - The views of all product detail pages in the store in the past 10 minutes.
    • Added to cart - The number of visitors that added one or more products to their cart in the last 10 minutes. This number is usually less than the sessions because some visitors viewed products without adding any products to their carts.
    • Arrived at Checkout - The number of visitors who added one or more products to their carts, proceeded to checkout, and submitted contact information (e.g., name, address, etc.) in the last 10 minutes. This number is usually less than the number from “Added to cart” because some visitors added products to their carts but did not proceed to checkout or submit their contact information.
    • Completed Checkout - The number of visitors who have added one or more products to their cart, checked out, and purchased the product in the past 10 minutes. This number is usually less than the number from “Reached Checkout” because some visitors left the checkout page without purchasing any products.
