SHOPLINE offers a recall notification feature for merchants to send a recall email to customers encouraging them to complete their order. There will be a default template, you may also add your own template.

1. Setting Instructions
[Settings] > [Notifications] > under "Abandoned" click Advanced settings.
2. Abandoned cart recovery setting
Check the "Send abandoned cart email reminders automatically" option so that the system can send emails to customers automatically.
"Email recipient" can be selected as "Abandoned cart email subscribers" or "All abandoned cart customers".
Click [Send Settings] button in [Email campaign settings] to include discount code, or to setup the sending time.
When you complete the above settings, click Ok at the bottom right to save them.
