Receiving and replying to customer messages

 

In the Message workbench, You can manage store's website messages and messages from third-party social platform (Facebook, Instagram, Line). It helps you to gather the messages from multiple channels, create a one-stop management, improve efficiency and create more business opportunities.

Icons on the left side of the page respectively represent: store's website message and third-party social platform message. All shops can receive the store's website message by default, while the function for receiving the message from third-party social platform including FB, Instagram and Line requires linking to FB public page, Instagram business page and Line accounts before using it.
