How to set
Step 1: Install FBE Business Expansion Kit
Step 2: Set up Messenger chat widget
1. Enter Facebook-Advertising Marketing-FBE Information Management
2. Go to the bottom of the page and click [Manage Settings]
3. In the Facebook pop-up window, please find the "Messenger Chat" section of the management binding, and click the "Add" button on the right.
4. After clicking "Add", the cover screen will appear. After reading the instructions, please click "Add Plugin".
5. After clicking "Add Plugin", start to set the language, welcome message and appearance color, set according to your needs, and click "Continue" after completion.
6. Enter the website URL
In this step, you need to add your online store URL. If you have a unique URL, please enter https://webshop unique URL ; if you have not used a unique domain, please enter https://free URL.myshopline.com . Examples are provided as follows:
- If your online store uses a unique URL , for example: www.test123.com or shop.test123.com.tw
please enter: https://www.test123.com or https://shop.test123.com .tw
- If your online shop uses a free URL , for example: https://test456.myshopline.com
please fill in: https://test456.myshopline.com
After entering, click "Add" and your URL will have a blue background and appear above the input field. After confirming the input URL, please click "Finish" and close the Facebook plugin window , and then re-organize your online store backend and frontend to complete the addition.
