How to set up the store to receive notifications of new orders?


SHOPLINE now allows you to receive new order notifications without logging into the admin panel of the shop, helping you process orders faster.

Setting Instructions

Enter the admin panel [Settings] > [Notifications], scroll down to find “Staff Order Notification”


  1. Add the emails of the employees who need to receive notifications (or use the business email set up in advance)
  2. Click “New Order” to enter email template editing


In the editing page, you can modify email subject, content and others altogether.

*Note: Remember to click the Update button at the lower right corner after customizing the email template.
